Job Description
  • Manage and provide full spectrum of HR advisory to line managers in identifying people issues and implications of strategic options.
  • In partnership with line managers, drive a purpose-driven culture and promote diverse, inclusive and engaging employee experience.
  • Liaise with line managers to understand critical requirements, projects and future skills demand. Collaborate with line managers for recruitment and manpower plan.
  • Manage the performance management processes, including coaching reporting officers and staff on effective feedback mechanisms and champion a high-performance culture.
  • Review policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures regularly to keep abreast with HR best practices, and to remain efficient and relevant
  • Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service excellence
  • Provide advice to employees and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline.
  • Handle the day-to-day HR activities including HR administration and operations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in HR Business Partner role equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS office Applications and HR system ie SAP, SuccessFactor
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws would be advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix reporting structure and in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality
  • Outstanding attention to details and meticulous in execution of work
  • Well-developed prioritization, time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
