The Department of Real Estate, Business School, The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for Adjunct position in real estate law.
The Department aspires to advance holistic knowledge of real estate and urban development for sustainable and inclusive urbanization in Asia through innovative research and teaching. The Department has an excellent research track record and connection with global research communities in real estate finance and urban economics. NUS Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) provides strong research support, and we offer competitive remuneration and other benefits.

We are seeking candidates with outstanding research in broad areas relating to real estate development & investment law, land law and legal environment of business.
Candidates should possess at least a Master’s degree, with 8 years’ postgraduate experience with evidence of making progress in his/her field of work. The appointee will be involved in teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels and undertake administrative duties, where required.
