Governance

The Governance Manager is responsible for facilitating an appropriate governance framework and system in line with any applicable leading practices in the governance and / or any regulatory governance requirements. He/She are responsible for facilitating and supervising board and committee meeting preparations including meeting logistics, agenda and minutes, and maintaining proper follow-up on board/committee’s meeting action points. The position is also responsible for providing support to board and committee members to access relevant information and facilitating any ad-hoc requests, as appropriate.
