We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual with a commitment to excellent customer service, to join us as a full-time Registry Officer leading the Undergraduate Applications Team.

You will have experience of working in higher education administration, preferably with expertise in the UCAS process, as well as knowledge and understanding of the key HE issues affecting applicants and students across the sector. With excellent analytical, numerical and organisational skills, you will have experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment, and will be committed to enhancing the Unit’s service to applicants, students, staff and external contacts. You will have experience of forward planning, strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach, with knowledge of producing reports and using data to inform developments and decision-making.
