This is a great opportunity to work within the HR department providing a responsive and effective Recruitment service to the College. You will work closely with the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager on delivering an outstanding recruitment service from approval through to induction. Operating as a key member of the HR team in delivering a high level, proactive, efficient, and comprehensive recruitment facility to our managers and external contacts.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, assist with selecting top-tier candidates to join our organization. You'll utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates, build relationships, and guide them through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
