Oaklands College is looking to appoint a highly motivated Curriculum Team Manager for Sports and Public Services. You should have extensive industry experience within the Sport or Public Services industry/Sector and hold the appropriate specialist teaching qualifications.
You will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the Sports and Public Services provision with specific responsibility to ensure that the students have a high-quality learning experience which effectively prepares them to achieve their full potential, achieve their study programme which includes Maths and English qualifications, to progress onto higher levels of learning or employment.
You will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring the performance of the department against Key People Performance Indicators, including attendance, punctuality, recruitment rates, retention and achievement rates and targets.
You will play an integral role in the quality assurance of the provision for adults and 16-18 study programmes. Ensuring the highest quality of teaching, learning and Assessment. All aspects of the job role are included in the job description.
