The main selection criteria are:
- academic degree Ph.D. or D.Sc .;
- H–index - at least 10 (according to Scopus and Web of science databases);
- availability of publications in the highly rated journals Scopus and Web of Science over the past 3 years;
- work experience in leading universities and scientific organizations for at least 3 years;
- experience of participation in research and development on simulation and statistical modeling and socio-economic systems and processes in order to develop development strategies
