      - Higher education degree

      - Experience in project management at university level;

      - Ability to analyse and synthesise; communication skills; ability to concentrate; ability to write clear and concrete reports; ability to manage allocated resources; ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions; responsibility; operational.
