The requirements for the SR III vacancy are:
- PhD title in Biology
- investigation of the epidemiological support of antibiotic resistance and virulence in selected A. baumannii strains
- statistical analysis and interpretation of the second and third generation sequencing data;
- metagenomic analysis of water samples, fish microbiota to identify antibiotic resistance genes, virulence markers and carrier plasmids.
