Performing the in vitro experiments on different cell culture lines to study the bioaccessibility of zeaxanthin, its transport and cellular uptake. Experiments will be performed for PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2020-1172, PCE 243/1.04.2021, national project “Nanostrategies for enhancing zeaxanthin stability and bioaccessibility”
- performing cell viability tests
- carrying out chromatographic analyses
- determination of enzymatic activities
- data processing, involvement in the dissemination of results.
