Offer Description

Position available within the research project entitled: “Scented Pathways: Unveiling the Relationship of Microbiomes with Olfactory Abilities and Psychological Well-Being”, project numberPNRR-III-C9-2023-I8-CF 32/28.07.2023

We are looking for one research assistant to be hired in a project aimed at investigating the influence of olfactory skills and microbiome on psychological problems in diverse populations. The job is part-time (85 hours/month) and it implies working closely with the PI of the project and the implementation team

Skills/Qualifications
  • Master-level diploma in the field of psychology.
  • Enrolled in an institution from Romania that organizes doctoral studies in the psychology field.
  • Experience in advanced data analysis, including mixed linear models, network analysis, structural equations, and the use of technology-based psychological tools.
  • Experience in using IBM SPSS and RStudio statistical analysis programs.
  • Experience of two years or more in research activities in the field of clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy;

Specific Requirements
  • Carrying out the activities of refining the study methodology and analyzing the data resulting from the studies.
  • Refining the methodological component of the studies in order to meet the highest methodological criteria.
  • Analysis of the data resulting from the studies, based on state-of-the-art methodologies, in accordance with the design.
  • Weekly reporting of progress in activities.
