Offer Description

Position available within the research project entitled: “Scented Pathways: Unveiling the Relationship of Microbiomes with Olfactory Abilities and Psychological Well-Being”, project numberPNRR-III-C9-2023-I8-CF 32/28.07.2023

We are looking for one research assistant to be hired in a project aimed at investigating the influence of olfactory skills and microbiome on psychological problems in diverse populations. The job is part-time (60 hours/month) and it implies working closely with the PI of the project and the implementation team.

Skills/Qualifications

• Master-level diploma in the field of psychology.
• Enrolled in an institution from Romania that organizes doctoral studies in the psychology field.
• Higher-level skills and abilities in the development, testing and use of technology-based psychological tools.
• Experience of two years or more in research activities in the field of clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy;
• Team management skills.
• Experience working with human subjects in research projects.
• A minimum of one review/meta-analysis article published in an ISI indexed journal.
• A minimum of one article related to the field of technology-based tools in the field of psychology published in an ISI indexed journal.

Specific Requirements

• Management, development and refining of online platforms and integrated tools.
• Collaboration with the development team in charge of the tools used and the research team.
• Maintaining communication with project partners.
• Monitoring the implementation team in performing tasks.
• Management of resources and steps for the implementation of activities, according to project planning.
• Involvement in dissemination activities.
• Weekly reporting of progress in activities.
