Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (U.T.C.B.) based in Bucharest, bld. Lacul Tei, no. 122-124, Sector 2, organizes a competition for filling a temporary vacant contractual position _ Project assistant , within the ID 101136822 project "EU-CONEXUS ENABLES- Promoting excellence through innovative eco-systems".

Potential candidates must be enrolled in doctoral studies in engineering sciences, Knowledge of English is mandatory.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Long-term higher education, master or equivalent;
  • Participation in a doctoral program;
  • Experience in implementing research projects;
  • Technical knowledge and participation in previous projects focused on the Digital Twin theme.
  • Relevant experience in the field for which the expert is proposed: by involvement in the elaboration, teaching and implementation of programs / projects financed from European and / or national funds / involvement in research, development, innovation activities.

and/or

  • Experience in planning, organizing and running events in the field of education;
  • Experience in organizing events, conferences, workshops, hackhatons;
  • Foreign languages: English – advanced level, French – minimum, basic level;
  • Qualification in Project Manager competence;
  • Communication and relationship skills (including Social Media);
  • Microsoft Office digital skills – advanced level (Word, Excell, Access, MS project, etc.);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Skills in drafting complex documentation (reporting to the EC; estimates, minutes, etc.).

Specific Requirements
  •  Provides support to the Project Coordinator in the successful planning and implementation of project activities and achievement of planned results;
  • Assists the Project Coordinator in organizing and evaluating the activities carried out;
  • Ensures project reports and synthesizes reports on the progress of project activities;
  • -Supports the Project Coordinator in effective and professional communication with all 17 project partners;
  • He is involved in monitoring the achievement of indicators in accordance with the contract and the grant application;
  • Quantifies and records any deviations from the project;
  • He is involved in proposing, choosing and adapting the set of procedures and forms according to which the project will be carried out;
  • Provides support in creating the database with the members of the target group / participates and provides support in identifying the target group
  • Provides support in organizing the human and material resources of the project;
  • If necessary, support experts from the management and implementation team in their activities.
  • Performs any other task assigned by the Project Coordinator.
