National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, in acoordance with the provisions of Law no. 53/2003 -The Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, and of the System procedure regarding the recruiment and selection of personnel for positions outside the organization chart, approved br order no. 4881/26.06.2023 issued by the Ministry of Education, considering the approval of the funding request related to the Advanced & personalized solutions for bone regeneration and complications associated with multiple myeloma (REOSTEIMi) project, Funding Agreement no. 760093/23.05.2023, code 213, announces the organization of the competiotion for the fixed-term, full-time employment of two vacant positions for Master's students whithin the mentioned project.

Skills/Qualifications
- knowledge of cell and molecular biology, knowledge and use of working methods and protocols for in vitro studies, good knowledge of graphene materials, previous experience of working with RNA / DNA biomolecules
- mastery and correct performance of techniques for working with cells according to the standards in force, knowledge of laboratory reagents and equipment specific to cell tests, knowledge of protocols for cell proliferation, attachment and differentiation and evaluation of these processes, evaluation of new tissue formation (eg. bone tissue) by molecular and cellular biology methods (eg quantification of specific biomarkers by RT-PCR)
