Offer Description

Disciplines from the job open to competition:

- Basic gymnastics;

- Gymnastics theory and practice

The topic of the competition tests:

Discipline Basic gymnastics:

- Basic notions in gymnastics and physical therapy: gymnastics terminology, terminology requirements, rules regarding the description of exercises in gymnastics, positions and movements of body segments

- General physical development exercises: the systematization of physical development exercises, the general bases of movements, the correction of deficient body attitudes through D.F.G exercises, methodical requirements for the development of general physical development exercise complexes

- Applicative exercises: applicative-utilitarian skills, basic motor skills, applicative paths, correction of deficient body attitudes through applicative exercises

- The importance and systematization of applied gymnastics

Discipline Gymnastics theory and practice

- Organization and order exercises: consolidation of previously acquired knowledge;

- Exercises for general physical development: strengthening knowledge regarding the teaching of free exercises, with a partner, sticks, exercises with medicine balls, exercises with/ on/ at/ over/ the gymnastic bench, exercises on the fixed ladder;

- Application exercises, application courses;

- Acrobatic exercises: learning static and dynamic elements, connections and combinations of 4, 5, 6 acrobatic elements;
