Job load: 11 conventional hours/week, made of:

• Financial Analysis (Romanian language): 2 physical hours’ course and 2 physical hours’ seminar, bachelor level, 1st semester;
• Corporate Finance (Romanian language): 2 physical hours’ course /week, bachelor level
• Accounting Financial Reporting Standards (Romanian language): 2 physical hours’ course and 1 physical hour ‘seminar, master level, 2nd semester                          
• International Valuation Standards (Romanian language): 1 physical hour’ course and 2 physical hours’ seminar master level, 2nd semester

Qualifications that the potential candidates must fulfil:

• PhD diploma in the Finance field
• The scientific record must be in accordance with the Finance field and the description of the position he/she intends to fill
• Communication skills, knowledge transfer, the skill to form the students in the specialised field

Specific Requirements

The lecturer position has the following requirements:

• effective didactic teaching activities of the courses and seminars for the subjects included in the work load from the pay roll;
• coordination of the final studies projects: licence, dissertation
• students’ guidance;
• scientific research activities included in the academic plan;
• elaboration of treatises/monographies/specialised books;
• participation in scientific conferences;
• participation in the institution management actions;
• professional activities for the community;
• other activities according to the position requirement form and the academic plan.

Selection process

Test 1. The assessment of the candidate’s file The candidates’ file will contain his/her professional achievements Test 2. To deliver a lecture The candidates deliver a minimum 30 minutes’ lecture. The committee establishes, based on the subjects and bibliography of the contest, the subject of the lecture and announces it by e-mail to the candidates 48 hours before the delivery of the lecture and by displaying it on the webpage of the faculty. The delivery of the lecture mandatorily contains a questions session from the part of the committee and/or the public.
