- a long term university degree in Accounting/Management Informatics

- at least 10 years' experience in project financial management at university level;

- knowledge of Romanian and English

- Ability to analyse and synthesise; communication skills; ability to concentrate; ability to write clear and concrete reports; ability to manage allocated resources; ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions; responsibility; operational.
