Work Objectives: The goal of this work is to contribute in the design, and implementation of post-processing algorithms in C/C++ and in VHDL to extract random cryptographic keys from a laboratory implementation of random number generator.

Place of work: The work will be developed at the premises of Instituto de Telecomunicações at University of Aveiro, under the supervision of Prof. Armando Nolasco Pinto.

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. This type of scholarship has a maximum duration of 1 year. Start date: February 2022 or soon thereafter.
