Admission requirements:
Attending an academic Post-graduation Program of Scientific Research Training
Master Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or similar areas. Master and Bachelor weighted average classification of 17 or higher.
Other requirements:
- Experience in molecular biology techniques, at least 1 year of experience;
- Experience in mammalian cell culture techniques, at least 1 year of experience;
- Experience in mammalian expression vectors design and cloning;
- Experience in mammalian cell line transfection techniques;
- Experience in production and titration of viral vectors for gene therapy;
- Experience in cytometry, fluorescence microscopy and qPCR techniques;
- Proficient use of English language;
- High motivation to perform research in Biotechnology and animal cell culture;
- Availability to start in August 2022.
