Duration of the contract: from 2023-07-01 to 2024-06-30 eventually renewable.

Job description:
Work Area: Robotics and Automation
Project overview: The work to be carried out is part of the activities of the Center for Industrial Robotics and Intelligent Systems, namely in laboratory support in work involving electronic boards, electrical and mechatronic systems.
Objectives: The work to be carried out is part of the learning activities and development of tools and systems in the field of robotics and automation
Academic Qualifications: Professional courses in the area of automation, electronics, mechatronics or related areas.
Minimum profile required: - Programming knowledge;
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design software;
- Design of electronic systems and electrical schematics;
- Programming microcontrollers or other embedded systems.
Preference factors: Robotics knowledge;;
Experience in C/C++ programming;;
Programming and using 3D printers;;
Experience in the production of mechanical parts on lathe and milling machine;;
Ability to work in a large team;;
Demonstrate great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;;
Experience in electrical assemblies and/or electrical panels;;
Mechatronic systems assembly experience.;

Type of contract: fixed-term contract
The hiring shall be governed by what is stipulated in the legislation in force regarding fixed individual employment contracts and by INESC TEC norms.

a) Relevant Curriculum in the concerned field of this tender
b) Proven experience.
