1. A Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) abre concurso para a atribuição de 1 (uma) Bolsa de Investigação Pós-Doutoral (BIPD), financiada pela União Europeia através do Programa Marie Skłodowska Curie actions, no âmbito do projeto “Noite Europeia dos Investigadores 2022-23 - 101061524 - SCIEVER”, nas seguintes condições.

3. Requisitos de admissão:

3.1. Nos termos do art.10º do Regulamento de Bolsas de Investigação da Universidade de Lisboa, podem candidatar-se cidadãos nacionais, de outros estados membros da União Europeia e de estados terceiros, detentores de título de residência válido ou beneficiários do estatuto de residente de longa duração, nos termos previstos na Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, alterada pela Lei n.º 28/2019, de 29 de março ou com os quais Portugal tenha celebrado acordos de reciprocidade.

3.2. Habilitações Académicas: Doutoramento em qualquer área científica.

O grau de doutor tenha sido obtido nos três anos anteriores à data de início da bolsa.

O doutoramento tenha sido realizado em unidade orgânica distinta da que atribui a presente bolsa.

3.3. Fatores preferenciais:

Será dada preferência a candidatos que possuam:

i) Experiência na organização de eventos científicos e de promoção da ciência, incluindo o contacto com investigadores;

ii) Experiência na produção e gestão de conteúdos para comunicação de ciência;

iii) Experiência na criação e gestão de bolsas de voluntários;

iv) Experiência em procedimentos administrativos para a execução de projetos e produção de relatórios;

v) Experiência em projetos europeus para a promoção de ciência, nomeadamente na Noite Europeia dos Investigadores;

vi) Fluência em inglês falado e escrito;

Espera-se dos candidatos perseverança, iniciativa, autonomia, muito boa capacidade de organização e de comunicação falada e escrita, bem como capacidade de trabalhar em equipa.

4. Prazo e forma de apresentação da candidatura

4.1. O concurso encontra-se aberto no período de 22 a 30 de junho de 2022.

4.2 O concurso será publicitado através da plataforma informática para o emprego científico da FCT e ainda no Portal da Universidade de Lisboa.

4.3 A candidatura deve ser enviada para o email: [email protected] , com indicação da referência da bolsa a que se candidata.

4.4 A candidatura é obrigatoriamente instruída, sob pena de exclusão, com os seguintes documentos:

a) Requerimento contendo identificação do candidato;

b) Documentos comprovativos de que o candidato reúne as condições exigíveis para o respetivo tipo de bolsa, nomeadamente certificados de habilitações dos graus académicos requeridos;

c) Plano de trabalhos a desenvolver;

d) Curriculum vitae do candidato;

e) Carta de motivação.

f) Declaração sob compromisso de honra de que não existe qualquer atividade profissional ou de prestação de serviços, que viole o dever de dedicação exclusiva;

i) Cópia do documento de identificação civil e, sempre que aplicável, cópia do comprovativo de autorização de residência ou outro documento legalmente equivalente, podendo, no caso de o documento de identificação corresponder ao cartão de cidadão a entrega de cópia ser substituída pela exibição do mesmo, previamente à celebração do contrato, caso a bolsa venha a ser atribuída.

4.5 Relativamente ao certificado de habilitações, no caso de o grau ter sido obtido numa instituição estrangeira, o mesmo deve ser reconhecido por uma instituição portuguesa de acordo com o Decreto-Lei n.º 66/2018, de 16 de agosto e a Portaria n.º 33/2019, de 25 de janeiro, na sua redação em vigor à data da candidatura.

5. Plano de trabalhos

O(a) candidato(a) irá apoiar tecnicamente a equipa do projeto Noite Europeia dos Investigadores, sob o mote Science for Everyone – Sustainability and Inclusion, no Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência, Museus da Universidade de Lisboa. A sua atividade irá focar-se na produção e gestão de conteúdos para comunicação sobre as atividades do projeto, no contacto com os investigadores e parceiros para a organização da NEI a 30 de setembro e das atividades preparatórias, na criação e gestão da bolsa de voluntários e no auxílio aos procedimentos administrativos para a execução financeira e física do projeto, incluindo a produção dos relatórios associados aos pacotes de trabalhos.

6. Local de trabalho e orientação científica

O trabalho será desenvolvido no Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência, Museus da Universidade de Lisboa, sob a orientação científica da Doutora Ana Raquel Ferreira Barata.

7. Métodos de seleção e respetiva valoração

7.1 O método de seleção a utilizar é a avaliação curricular (AC = 70%) e Carta de motivação (Cm = 30%).O Júri reserva, caso se revele necessário, a possibilidade de convocação de até três candidatos para uma entrevista (E). Neste caso, para os/as candidatos/as que passarem à fase da entrevista, a primeira componente de avaliação (AC =50% + CM=20%) pesará 70% e a entrevista pesará 30%. O júri poderá não atribuir a bolsa caso não seja encontrado candidato com o perfil considerado adequado.

7.2 A Avaliação Curricular (AC) é expressa numa escala de 0 a 20 valores, com valoração até às centésimas; a Carta de Motivação (CM) e a Entrevista (E),se existir, são avaliadas segundo os níveis classificativos de Elevado, Bom, Suficiente, Reduzido ou Insuficiente, aos quais correspondem, respetivamente, as classificações de 20, 16, 12, 8 e 4 valores;

7.3. Na Avaliação Curricular (AC) dos/as candidatos/as são apreciadas as suas aptidões, ponderando-se, de acordo com as exigências do plano de trabalhos, a classificação final do doutoramento e a Experiência, sendo feita de acordo com os parâmetros definidos em ata do Júri e tendo em conta as competências expressas pelo candidato no Curriculum Vitae nas seguintes vertentes:

experiência comprovada na organização de eventos científicos e de promoção da ciência, incluindo gestão de voluntários;

experiência comprovada em projetos para a promoção de ciência, incluindo procedimentos administrativos para a execução e produção de relatórios;

conhecimentos sobre comunicação de ciência, ao nível da produção e gestão de conteúdos;

bons conhecimentos de inglês.

7.4 Na avaliação da Carta de Motivação são apreciadas, de forma objetiva e sistemática, a motivação do/a candidato/a, a relevância da bolsa no seu projeto pessoal, adequação do perfil do/a candidato/a ao plano de trabalho definido, expressão e fluência escrita.

7.5 Na entrevista (E), caso seja realizada, são avaliados, de forma objetiva e sistemática, os conhecimentos e as competências técnicas e aspetos comportamentais evidenciados durante a interação estabelecida entre o entrevistador e o/a entrevistado/a, nomeadamente os relacionados com a capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal, análise da informação e sentido crítico, iniciativa e autonomia, capacidade de planeamento e organização; capacidade de integração e colaboração em equipas de trabalho.

7.6 Cada um dos métodos de seleção é eliminatório.

7.6.1 Na (AC+CM) são excluídos os/as candidatos/as que não obtenham classificação igual ou superior a 14 na AC e igual ou superior a 12 na CM, ou cumprindo-as não se encontrem ordenados nos 5 primeiros lugares.

7.6.2 Na (E) são excluídos os/as candidatos/as que não compareçam à entrevista ou que obtenham classificação inferior a 9,5 valores nesta.

7.7 Os/as candidatos/as têm acesso às atas do júri, onde constam os parâmetros de avaliação e respetiva ponderação de cada um dos métodos de seleção a utilizar, a grelha classificativa e o sistema de valoração final do método, desde que as solicitem.

9. Forma de publicitação/notificação dos resultados

A lista de admissão e exclusão ao concurso, os resultados obtidos em cada uma das fases e a lista de ordenação final dos candidatos que completem o procedimento são publicitados no portal da Universidade de Lisboa em https://www.ulisboa.pt .

9.1 Os/as candidatos/as admitidos/as para o primeiro método de seleção são convocados/as para a realização do método seguinte, por correio eletrónico remetido para o endereço eletrónico comunicado no respetivo Curriculum Vitae.

9.2 Os/as candidatos/as excluídos/as são notificados/as, por correio eletrónico com recibo de entrega remetido para o endereço eletrónico comunicado no Curriculum Vitae, para a realização da audiência dos interessados nos termos do Código do Procedimento Administrativo.

9.3 A lista de ordenação final é notificada a todos os/as candidatos/as por correio eletrónico com recibo de entrega.

9.4 Decorrido o prazo de reclamação da lista de ordenação final o/a candidato/a selecionado/a é notificado/a para no prazo máximo de 10 dias úteis, apresentar declaração escrita de aceitação da bolsa, sob pena de, não sendo invocado motivo atendível dentro do referido prazo, tal equivaler a renúncia ou desistência da bolsa.

9.5 Em caso de renúncia ou desistência do/a candidato/a selecionado/a, é notificado/a para efeitos do disposto no nº anterior, o/a candidato/a classificado/a no lugar subsequente, se aplicável.

10. Duração da Bolsa e Valor do subsídio de manutenção mensal

10.1 A bolsa terá a duração de 16 meses, com início previsto em julho de 2022, sem possibilidade de renovação.

10.2 A bolsa terá o valor mensal de 1600,00€ (mil e seiscentos euros).

10.3 O/a bolseiro/a usufruirá de um seguro de acidentes pessoais e, caso não se encontre abrangido por qualquer regime de proteção social, pode assegurar o exercício do direito à segurança social mediante adesão ao regime do seguro social voluntário, nos termos previstos do Código dos Regimes Contributivos do Sistema Previdencial de Segurança Social. O valor da bolsa será pago mensalmente por transferência bancária.

10.4 O/A bolseiro/a a selecionar exercerá as funções de bolseiro/a em regime de dedicação exclusiva nos termos previstos no Estatuto de Bolseiro de Investigação.

11. Legislação e regulamentação aplicável

Open call for the attribution of a Research Postdoctoral Scholarship under the project “European Night of Researchers 2022-23 – 101061524 — SCIEVER”

1. The University of Lisbon (ULisboa) opens a call for the attribution of 1 (one) Research Postdoctoral Scholarship (RPDS), funded by the European Union through the Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions Program, under the project “European Night of Researchers 2022-23 – 101061524 — SCIEVER” matching the following conditions:

3. Requisitos de admissão:

3.1. Pursuant to article 10 of the University of Lisbon Research Scholarship Regulation the citizens that may apply to this call must hold a Portuguese nationality or from other member state of the European Union. Participants from third countries must hold a valid residence permit or a long-term resident status, under the terms provided for in Law No. 23/2007, of 4 July, amended by Law No. 28/2019, of 29 March, or holding a reciprocity agreement with Portugal.

3.2. Academic Degrees: PhD in any scientific area.

The doctoral degree has been obtained in the three years prior to the start date of the scholarship.

The doctorate has been carried out in a different organizational unit from the one that awards this scholarship.

3.3. Preferred factors:

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

i) Experience in organizing scientific events and promoting science, including contact with researchers;

ii) Experience in the production and management of content for science communication;

iii) Experience in creating and managing volunteers;

iv) Experience in administrative procedures for project execution and reporting;

v) Experience in European projects for the promotion of science, namely in the European Researchers' Night;

vi) Fluency in spoken and written English;

The candidates are expected to have perseverance, initiative, autonomy, very good organizational skills and written and spoken communication, as well as the ability to work in a team.

4. Deadline and form of submission of the application

4.1. The call is open from the 22nd to 30th of June, 2022.

4.2 The call will be advertised through the FCT's online platform for scientific employment and also on the University of Lisbon Portal.

4.3 The application must be sent to the email: [email protected] , indicating the reference of the scholarship for which you are applying.

4.4 The application must be accompanied, under penalty of exclusion, with the following documents:

a) Application containing the candidate's identification;

b) Documents proving that the candidate meets the conditions required for the respective type of scholarship, namely certificates of qualifications for the required academic degrees;

c) Work plan to be developed;

d) Curriculum vitae of the candidate;

e) Motivation letter;

g) Document proving the candidate's enrolment in the course leading to a higher education degree or diploma, or of acceptance of the candidate by the entity granting the degree or diploma;

h) Declaration under an honorary commitment that there is no professional activity or provision of services that violates the duty of exclusive dedication;

i) Copy of the civil identification document and, where applicable, a copy of the proof of residence permit or other legally equivalent document, and in case the identification document corresponds to the citizen's card, the delivery of a copy may be replaced by the display of the same, prior to the signing of the contract, if the scholarship is awarded.

4.5 Regarding the qualification certificate, if the degree has been obtained in a foreign institution, it must be recognized by a Portuguese institution in accordance with Decree-Law No. 66/2018, of August 16 and Ordinance no. 33/2019, of January 25, in its wording in force on the date of application.

5. Working Plan

The candidate will technically support the team of the European Researchers’ Night project, under the motto Science for Everyone – Sustainability and Inclusion, at the National Museum of Natural History and Science, Museums of the University of Lisbon. The tasks will focus on: i) the production and management of contents for communication about the project activities, contact with researchers and partners for the organization of the main event on 24 September and preparatory activities; ii) the creation and management of the volunteer pool and in assisting with administrative procedures for the financial and physical execution of the project, including the production of reports associated with the work packages.

6. Workplace and scientific orientation

The work will be developed at the National Museum of Natural History and Science, Museums of the University of Lisbon, under the scientific supervision of Ana Raquel Ferreira Barata (PhD).

7. Selection methods and respective valuation

7.1 The selection method to be used is curriculum evaluation (CE = 70%) and Motivation Letter (ML = 30%). The Jury reserves, if necessary, the possibility of summoning up to three candidates for an interview (I). In this case, for candidates who go on to the interview phase, the first evaluation component (CE =50% + ML=20%) will weigh 70% and the interview will weigh 30%. The jury may not award the scholarship if a candidate with the profile considered suitable is not found.

7.2 Curriculum Evaluation (CE) is expressed on a scale from 0 to 20 values, with valuation up to the hundredths; the Motivation Letter (ML) and the Interview (I), if any, are evaluated according to the classification levels of High, Good, Sufficient, Low or Insufficient, which correspond, respectively, to the classifications of 20, 16, 12, 8 and 4 values;

7.3. In the Curriculum Evaluation (CE) of the candidates, their aptitudes are assessed, weighing, according to the requirements of the work plan, the final classification of the Masters and the Experience, being made according to the parameters defined in minutes of the Jury and taking into account the competences expressed by the candidate in the Curriculum Vitae in the following aspects:

- proven experience in organizing scientific events, including managing volunteers;

-proven experience in projects to promote science, including administrative procedures for the execution and production of reports;

- knowledge about science communication, in terms of content production and management;

- good knowledge of English.

7.4 In the evaluation of the Motivation Letter, the motivation of the candidate, the relevance of the scholarship in his/her personal project, the adequacy of the candidate's profile to the defined work plan, expression and writing fluency.

7.5 In the interview (I), if carried out, the knowledge and technical skills and behavioural aspects evidenced during the interaction established between the interviewer and the interviewee are evaluated, in an objective and systematic way, namely those related to capacity communication and interpersonal relationships, information analysis and critical sense, initiative and autonomy, planning and organizational skills; ability to integrate and collaborate in work teams.

7.6 Each of the selection methods is eliminatory.

7.6.1 In (CE+ML), candidates who do not obtain a classification equal to or higher than 14 in the CE and equal to or higher than 12 in the ML are excluded, or if not ranked in the first 5 places, even matching previous conditions.

7.6.2 In (I), candidates who do not attend the interview or who obtain a rating lower than 9.5 in this interview are excluded.

7.7 Candidates have access to the minutes of the jury, which contain the evaluation parameters and respective weighting of each of the selection methods to be used, the classification grid and the method's final valuation system, as long as they request them.

9. Form of advertising/notification of results

The admission and exclusion list for the call, the results obtained in each of the phases and the final ranking list of candidates who complete the procedure are published on the University of Lisbon portal at https://www.ulisboa.pt .

9.1 Candidates admitted for the first selection phase are invited to carry out the following phase, by email sent to the email address provided in the respective Curriculum Vitae.

9.2 The excluded candidates are notified by email with a delivery receipt sent to the email address provided in the Curriculum Vitae, for the hearing of interested parties in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure.

9.3 The final ordering list is notified to all applicants by email with delivery receipt.

9.4 After the deadline for claiming the final ranking list, the selected candidate is notified within a maximum period of 10 working days, to present a written statement of acceptance of the scholarship. The absence of such statement, if not being invoked a reasonable reason under the declared period, is equivalent to the resignation or withdrawal of the scholarship.

9.5 In case of resignation or desistance of the selected candidate, the candidate classified in the following place, if applicable, is notified for the purposes of the previous paragraph.

10. Duration of Scholarship and Amount of Monthly Maintenance Allowance

10.1 The fellowship will last for 16 months, starting in July 2022, with no possibility of renewal.

10.2 The scholarship will have a monthly value of €1,600.00 (one thousand six hundred euro).

10.3 The scholarship holder will benefit from a personal accident insurance and, if not covered by any social protection scheme, can ensure the exercise of the right to social security by joining the voluntary social insurance scheme, under the terms of the Code of the Contribution Schemes of the Social Security Social Security System. The scholarship amount will be paid monthly by bank transfer.

10.4 The scholarship holder to be selected will perform the functions of scholarship holder under exclusive dedication and following the terms provided for in the Research Scholarship Statute.
