Offer Description
  • Acquisition of research projects and implementation of scientific research; • Dissemination of research results (conferences, publications) in scientific disciplines and sub-disciplines leading for the cathedral team; • Conducting classes in the field of organization of adult education, andragogy, comparative pedagogy, selected problems of social pedagogy and selected aspects of functioning HR departments in enterprises; • Conducting diploma (Master's) seminars, giving opinions and reviewing scientific papers and research projects; • Involvement in the work of the journal's editorial team “Vocational and Continuing Education. Polish-Ukrainian Yearbook” (including, among others, classifying texts in Ukrainian, correspondence with the authors); • Participation in the organizational activities of the Department, Institute and Academy.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Field and discipline in which the candidate will undertake scientific activity: pedagogy, andragogy, education adults; • Minimum academic degree of doctor habilitated in the field of social sciences; • Academic achievements in the field of humanities or social sciences (in particular in the field of andragogy, work pedagogy, pedeutology, comparative pedagogy, education management); • Experience in conducting research empirical, including applying for scientific projects; • Editorial and linguistic competences (language proofreading scientific texts in English Ukrainian/Russian, very good knowledge of citation standards for journals from the list WoS); • Authorship (co-authorship) of scientific publications; • Teaching experience in working with students from Poland and Ukraine at universities in both countries; • Fluent knowledge of Polish and Ukrainian in speech and writing and English at a good level and another congress language at a basic level; Soft skills: the ability to communicate and work in a team, the ability to supervise scientifically graduate students and doctoral students, willingness and striving for development, creativity
