Rector of the State University of Applied Sciences in Elbląg announces an opening for 
the position of Associate Professor in the group of researchers – lecturers at the Institute of Pedagogy and Languages (FTE contract).

PhD or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

PhD degree in the field of Social Sciences in the discipline of Psychology, diploma certifying completion of a 4-year school of psychotherapy.

Professional experience in teaching the following courses at academic level: Individual Differences Psychology, Adult Psychology and Psychopathology, Child Psychology and Psychopathology, Psychology of Reproduction, Psychology of Attachment. Research record in the field of psychology as well as professional experience in work outside a higher education institution, preferably in the area of therapeutic work with patients.

Preferably, indication of SUAS in Elbląg as the primary place of employment.

Selection process

The recruitment procedure result will be announced on April 29, 2024.

The University reserves the right to contact selected applicants and to close the recruitment procedure without selecting a candidate. The recruitment procedure result is final and is not subject to appeal.

The condition for appointment to the post of Associate Professor is approval of the candidate by the Senate of the SUAS in Elbląg, which also regulates the duration of employment.
