Offer Description

Applicants for this position should meet the requirements specified in Art. 39.2 of the Act of Law on Research Institutes of 30 April 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1350).

  • Furthermore, candidates are required to have:

  • Completion of higher technical studies;
  • Possession of an academic degree of doctor of engineering in the field of technical sciences;
  • Documented a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in in the area of the operation of braking systems of rail vehicles and their impact on the environment;
  • Documented experience in the field of requirements for braking systems of rail vehicles and noise penetrating the environment;
  • Documented experience in the field of research methods for braking systems of rail vehicles;
  • Authorship of at least 3 scientific and research publications in the area of braking systems and their impact on the impact of noise penetrating the environment in the last 5 years.
  • Having command in English allowing independent handling documents and holding talks is expected.
