Key requirements

Only candidates that fulfil conditions defined in Art. 113 of The Act of

the Act of 20th of July 2020 – the Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz.U.2022 no. 574 with later amendments) may apply.

Other requirements:

 PhD degree in the field of biological (or related) sciences obtained not earlier than 7 years prior to the employment in the project (note: this period does not include maternity or paternal leave or other circumstances described in the Polish National Science Centre Opus project regulations).

 Scientific achievements in the field of molecular biology and/or cellular processes documented by publications in major international journals from the JCR list

 scientific independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually, enthusiasm for science and creativity as well as passion for experimental work,

 expected research interests and experience related to the subject of the project are desirable. In particular, experience in: (a)

application of molecular biology methods to study chromatin modifications and splicing, protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions (b) knowledge of high-throughput sequencing techniques (c) conducting genomic and proteomic data analysis

 Very good knowledge of English,
