Offer Description
• conducting scientific work and research and disseminating their results through participation in scientific conferences and publications; • preparing/submitting applications for domestic and foreign grants; • participation in the life of the Institute and the Academy; • participation in strategically important work of the Department of Sociology of Media and Social Communication; • developing new interdisciplinary areas of cooperation and dialogue between the Academy and the social environment; • conducting classes for students in sociology, sociology of communication, faculties conducted in foreign languages, and academic tutoring.

Skills/Qualifications
• field and discipline in which the candidate is to conduct scientific activity: social sciences, sociological sciences; • PhD in social sciences, • scientific achievements in the field of social sciences in the discipline of sociology documented by publications indexed in databases, scientific publications from 2022-24 in scientific journals from the list of the Minister of Education and Science, • experience in implementing international research projects, including action research, • keen interest in the issues of contemporary media, communication, and the art of public life; • Korczak's interests in human rights, social problems affecting children and social groups in difficult situations, analysis of social policies; • respect for academic culture and its connections to the mission of social impact; • experience in conducting teaching classes, especially in the field of innovative teaching methods; • very good knowledge of Polish and English, as well as good knowledge of another European language.
