Offer Description
• Conducting scientific work and research and disseminating their results (publications, participation in scientific conferences), • Preparing/submitting applications for domestic and foreign grants and conducting grants, • Cooperation with a team of employees of the Department of Social Pedagogy in the area of research and development work, • Participation in organizational work, • Conducting classes in the field of: social pedagogy, methods of care and educational work, work with children and families, academic tutoring, non-governmental organizations.

Skills/Qualifications
• field and discipline in which the candidate is to conduct scientific activity: social sciences, pedagogy, • Scientific achievements in the field of social sciences in the discipline of pedagogy, in the field of social pedagogy, • Knowledge in research methodology and experience in implementing scientific projects, • Completed training in academic teaching, • Articles in scientific journals and monographs (published and submitted for publication), • Prepared concept of scientific development in the discipline of pedagogy leading to habilitation, • Teaching, care and educational experience in working with children and young people - especially in the field of innovative teaching methods, • Experience in academic teaching confirmed by high student evaluations, • Experience working in educational institutions, • Social activity (involvement in the activities of non-governmental organizations, volunteering), • Participation in scientific conferences, • Participation in research projects (as a project manager or its member). • fluent knowledge of Polish, spoken and written, and very good English.
