• Dynamic and comprehensive scientific development - research and teaching; improving academic qualifications; publishing in domestic and foreign periodicals; ability to work in a group and undertake team organizational and implementation activities to promote science and one's own academic community. Conducting teaching classes in the field of theoretical foundations of education, issues of theory of education, directions of contemporary pedagogy, contemporary directions in education, basics of pedagogy, basics of pedagogy in the teacher's care and educational work.

Skills/Qualifications
• Field and discipline in which the candidate is to conduct scientific activity: social sciences, pedagogy; • Readiness to take up new or complex research challenges and self-education to acquire new competences that constitute the research and teaching workshop of a researcher in the discipline of pedagogy. Educational experiences indicating dynamic development, great involvement in the previous stages of one's own education, confirmed by the achieved results and indicating the ability to parallelly combine various areas of knowledge and pedagogical practice, in particular related to the issues of difficulties and problems in upbringing, innovative methods of teaching or moderating processes learning, new skills and independent problem solving. Research interests focused on contemporary models of alternative education theory and practice. Experience in conducting teaching classes in the field of alternative and innovative directions in education and the scope of subjects of the competition position; high interpersonal and methodological skills in working with students. Experiences related to volunteering among children and young people, related to an integrative and inclusive approach, indicating the ability to relate pedagogical ideas and concepts to their social applications and practical forms of usefulness are welcomed; • fluent knowledge of Polish in speech and writing, good knowledge of English.
