QSAR Lab, as a R&D type company, offers a range of innovative researches and services in computer modeling and in silico based on computational methods. The key sectors for the company’s operations are the NanoTech, chemical (basic chemicals, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceuticals and household chemistry), BioMed, BioTech and pharmaceutical sectors. In our work, we rely on computational technologies, especially based on QSAR, QSPR and Read-across methods.
QSAR Lab is involved in the implementation of 6 research and development projects (PATROLS, RiskGONE, NanoSolveIT, DIAGONAL, CompSafeNano, PROMISCES) financed by the international European Union Framework Program HORIZON 2020.
To develop our ability to create innovative ideas in the area of computational chemistry we are currently looking for a new team member.
Responsibilities cheminformatics:
- Design machine learning-based problem-solving algorithms
- Responsible for entire analysis process from data extraction to presentation (writing a scientific papers and reports)
- Perform original quantitative research on complex data sets
- Staying up to date with modern analysis approaches in the field
