• conducting syntheses of organic substances • development of methods for the synthesis of new agrochemicals • practical conduct of experimental work • active participation in acquiring and implementing research projects and commercial services • following professional literature on currently conducted research • taking care of one's own scientific and research development • searching for new research areas within the competences of the research group
