Skills in the following research techniques: absorption and emission spectroscopy, electrochemistry, electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, chromatographic techniques, X-ray structural analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electrospinning, flow cytometry, electrophoresis.


The candidate must possess a PhD degree in chemistry or material science. He/she should have an experience in studies on synthesis, physicochemical and biological characterization and activity tests of new metal complexes and biomaterials with potential biological functionality. Experience in experimental studies on animal and bacterial cell cultures is also expected. In addition, an experience in constructing non-standard scientific set-ups is also anticipated. Scientific experience has to be confirmed by a good record of publications in peer-reviewed international journals. The candidate should have an experience in leading research projects. Activity of the candidate in national and international conferences, including oral presentations, should also be presented. Teaching duties will encompass preparation and delivering seminars, tutorials and laboratory classes included in chemistry course curriculum. The annual accumulation of the academic classes is 180 teaching hours.
