1. Holder of PhD degree in chemistry (not longer than 4 years).

2. Two reference letters confirming the candidate research experience (including the opinion of the PhD supervisor)

3. Scientific achievements confirmed by the papers published in international journals in the field of physicochemistry of polymers

4. Research experience (publication record) related to the project research tasks: synthesis and physicochemical characterization of polymers, preparation and characterization of polymer thin coatings, application of spectroscopic and microscopic techniques for surface

characterization, surface micro(nano)patterning.

5. Knowledge of research techniques for surface testing: ellipsometry, atomic force microscopy

6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

7. active participation in scientific life, manifested in particular in speeches given at conferences and symposia (including international ones)

8. A strong motivation to work in science, creativity and ability to work in a team.

9.    Didactic and scientific activities evaluation verified by the Head

of the Department including students’ questionnaires, if candidate’s didactic evaluation had been carried out.

10.    Applicant's declaration that Jagiellonian University will be the primary workplace in the case of being hired

11.    Declaration under art. 113 of the Higher Education and Science,

12.    Declaration of knowledge and acceptance of the rules relating to intellectual property and the legal protection of intellectual rights at

the Jagiellonian University.
