1. Have a university diploma and a master's degree in forestry science.

2. Demonstrate scientific interests and the ability to develop them and:

• have knowledge of computer programs related to forest management planning (Taksator, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) and statistical modeling (e.g. R environment, Statistica),

• have experience in carrying out scientific research,

• have knowledge of forest management planning, artificial intelligence methods and remote methods of assessing the condition of forests,

• have an excellent command of the Polish language, which allows them to conduct classes in the field of forest management,

• have at least a good command of English, sufficient to enable independent writing of scientific publications in this language and reporting of papers at scientific conferences,

• ability to work in a team and flexibly organize working time,

• knowledge of the principles of university operation
