Offer Description

Our research group creates a dynamic research environment focusing on in-depth analysis on interactions within the mitochondrial networks. Research position will consist mainly on studying three types of diseases, namely diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. Goal of this work will be to understand the mechanisms in relation to mitochondria and their role in the disease development. Our team will focus on utilizing advanced microfluidic systems allowing for precise control and analysis of biological processes in the microscale. This will allow us to study intercellular interactions on the mitochondrial level and therefor, gaining a unique insight into the molecular level basis of disease development. This offer is dedicated to researchers wanting to engage in the above described topic.
