- A PhD degree in social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences or sociology of law obtained on the basis of a dissertation thematically covering issues in the area of sociology of law, theory and philosophy of law;

- Master's degree in law or sociology obtained on the basis of a dissertation thematically covering issues in the area of sociology of law or theory and philosophy of law;

- Graduation in sociology/sociology of law for a PhD in legal sciences or law for a PhD in sociology will be an added advantage;

- Critical and creative thinking and analytical skills;

- Documented scientific output in sociology, theory and philosophy of law (publications - also in a foreign language - participation in scientific conferences, including international ones);

- Experience in organizing national and/or international scientific conferences;

- Experience in conducting empirical research in sociology, theory and philosophy of law;

- Skills in using qualitative data analysis software and maintaining websites;

- A good command of spoken and written English is expected,

- Availability necessary to perform additional organizational functions in connection with the grant;
