Offer Description

The purpose of the competition is to fill two positions of Lecturer at the Institute of Linguistics (in the area of Norwegian linguistics). The competition is open to applicants who meet the requirements specified in Article 113 of the 20 July 2018 Act on higher education and science (The 2023 Journal of Laws, item 742) and the criteria indicated in the competition. The competition is the first stage of the recruitment process for the post of an academic teacher, and its positive outcome is the basis for further procedure.

MA in Norwegian or Scandinavian studies,

teaching experience as a Norwegian language instructor, 

command of English or German language at B2 level,

availability,

consent to full time, primary employment

(optional) recommendation of Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills, Bergen (Norway) (HK-dir) would be an additional asset

4. a description of previous teaching experience as well as other achievements related to the organization of scientific activity and popularization of science,
