The competitive selection process is open for all individuals, who meet the requirements set out in Articles 113 and 116.4.1) of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, and who meet the following eligibility criteria according to § 172 of the Statute of the Jagiellonian University:
• holding a Master’s degree or an equivalent degree;
• having at least 5 years of teaching experience.

Specific Requirements

Additional requirements and expectations:

- native German speaker
- secondment by the Austrian Academic Exchange Service (OEAD)
- completed teaching studies
- experience in teaching German as a foreign language at the
academic level and in schools
- experience in cooperation with Austrian institutions and in
popularizing knowledge about Austria
