of the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw invites applications for the position

of Lector (teaching staff) at the Institute of French Studies.

Number of positions – one

Job status – full time

Type of contract – time-limited contract – 2 years

Envisaged job starting date – 1 October 2022

Requirements:

The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. 2022 r., poz. 574), and who meet requirements: Master's degree in the humanities; full pedagogical preparation; fluency in spoken and written French and Polish; didactic experience in teaching French to different age groups; proficiency in new technologies (including for teaching purposes); skills related to the management of social networks and institutional websites; proven activity related to the promotion of French and/or francophone culture. Main duties of the position : teaching for the obligatory annual number of teaching hours (hourly requirement), fulfilment of teaching tasks for example: conducting exams, assessments and tests, organisational duties for example: participation in works of the examination committees, keeping teaching and scientific documentation, participation in meetings of collegial bodies at the University.
