DESCRIPTION (subject, expectations, additional information):

The aim of the competition is to fill the position of an assistant in the group of research and teaching staff at the Institute of Management (Department of Organization and Management) full-time, at the Pomeranian University in Slupsk as the primary workplace.

 

Tasks:

  • conducting lectures with students on subjects related to widely understood management issues, marketing and practical skills in public relations, sales and project management, from Monday to Friday on full-time studies and from Friday to Sunday on part-time studies
  • conducting scientific research and disseminating its results with affiliation to the Pomeranian University in Slupsk
  • initiating and participating in the implementation of research, teaching and development projects at the academic level,
  • organizational work for the benefit of the Pomeranian University in Slupsk.

 

A candidate for the position of assistant should have:

  • having a master's degree in the discipline of management or in any humanistic discipline
  • having a postgraduate degree in management
  • having at least 10 years professional experience gained outside the university in management, marketing, sales and project management, event marketing, including employment in specialized positions in the field of public relations in the public or corporate sector
  • possession of professional experience gained outside the university in the development and implementation of marketing and sales projects 
  • clarified plans for scientific development and scientific publications in the discipline of management and quality sciences
  • at least 2 years of teaching experience from working with students (academic level)
  • experience in teaching academic subjects in marketing, sales, communication, negotiations
  • motivation for scientific development
  • good knowledge of at least one foreign language including English
  • fluency in spoken and written Polish
  • ability to work in a team and cooperate.
