2. minimum 5 years of work experience as an assistant, assistant professor, lecturer or a scientific and

technical worker at a university;

1. does not meet the conditions set out in Art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668),

2. with which the rector of a higher education institution, for reasons attributable to the academic teacher, terminated the employment by statutory notice or without notice pursuant to Art. 124 sec. 1 point 3-4 of Art. 124 sec. 2, art. 125 and 126 of the Act on Higher Education (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2183) or art. 123 paragraph. 1 and 2 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668) or the employment relationship expired by operation of law pursuant to Art. 127 sec. 1 points 1-6 of the Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2183) or art. 124 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668),

3. has been punished with a disciplinary penalty referred to in Art. 140 section 1 of the Act on Higher Education (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2183) or in art. 276 paragraph. 1 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668). The above-mentioned person may enter the competition only after the expiry of the period of obliterating the disciplinary penalty.

7.list of publications, taking into account the scores specified and confirmed by the Main Library of the Medical University of Wrocław

8.information about activities in the field of educating young academic staff,

9. the proposed development program of the unit to which the competition concerns,

10. a certificate of no objection from the appropriate corporate chamber competent for the candidate's place of employment (if applicable),

11. declaration on basic employment in accordance with Art. 120 sec. 2 of the Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668),

12.information about employment with an additional employer conducting teaching or research activities, as an additional job at the time of employment at the Medical University in Wrocław,

13. a declaration that there are no premises referred to in point B: 1, 2, 3,

14.possible references or opinions,

15. in the case of persons who are not employees of the Medical University in Wrocław and persons whose employment relationship is terminated before the date of taking up the position, candidates additionally submit certificates: confirming completion of internships lasting at least one month, confirming previous didactic achievements, conducting studies in a foreign language, a research grant, promotion of doctoral dissertations, development of a utility model or patent, certificates of awards.

The decision to appoint the head of an organizational unit is made by the Rector, taking into account the competition documentation and voting results of the competition committee (§ 16 of the Rules of the competition procedure for managerial functions in faculty and university-wide units).

In the case of candidates who are not employees of the Medical University of Wrocław and persons whose employment relationship is terminated before the date of taking up the position, the Competition Committee additionally carries out activities resulting from the Regulations for conducting competition procedures for the positions of academic teachers.

The competition will be adjudicated within 3 months from the date of the competition announcement.
