Candidates for the position should meet the requirements of Statutes for CMKP, be fluent in polish and submit:
- Declaration of accession to the recruitment process
- Professional CV and questionnaire
- Documents certifying habilitation degree in medical studies
- Specialization certificate (urology)
- Information about scientific, didactic and clinical achievements with list of publications
- Right to practice – copy
- Written statement declaring the CMKP as the place of primary employment within the meaning of the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science
- Written statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information strictly for the purposes of job recruitment in accordance with the regulation for the protection of personal data and statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information by CMKP
