Rector of the University of Szczecin announces a competition for the position of assistant (in the field of human capital management) at the Institute of Management of the University of Szczecin

Skills/Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in management, economics or finance,
  • Very good command of Polish and English language (confirmation of knowledge of foreign language by document or it’s certified copy).
  • Knowledge of at least three of the following areas:
    • human resources management,
    • human capital management,
    • corporate social responsibility,
    • business ethics/professional ethics,
    • negotiations in business,
    • change management,
    • diversity management,
    • self-development management.
  • Willingness to scientific development and scientific activity,
  • Experience in teaching work as well as in scientific or research and development projects, organization of conferences and communicative knowledge of German language will be an additional advantage.

    • Specific Requirements
  • a statement of compliance with requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2023 item 742 as amended);
  • an application letter;
  • candidate’s CV and questionnaire;
  • certified copies of documents confirming master’s degree in management, economics or finance, and in the case of documents prepared in a language other than Polish, also a certified translation of the document into Polish and a certificate of equivalence of the diploma with the Polish academic degree;
  • information about academic achievements (including a list of publications) and didactic and organizational accomplishments, or a declaration about lack thereof;
  • a statement that the University of Szczecin will be the candidate’s main place of work;
  • a candidate’s consent for the processing of personal data by the University of Szczecin in the recruitment process on a form available at the university’s website.

    The applicants must meet the requirements specified in Art. 113 of the July 20, 2018 Act - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2023, item 742 as amended) as well as the requirements specified in the competition.

    The competition is the first stage of the recruitment process for the post of an academic teacher and its positive outcome is the basis for further procedure.
