• completion of a unified master's degree in psychology,• scientific research activity - a minimum of one scientific publication (with UR affiliation) and active participation in at least one scientific conference, • documented participation in a research team, • qualifications in sport psychology,• very good knowledge of English (minimum level C1), • fluent in spoken and written Polish, • experience in conducting classes (workshops) on the subject of sport psychology, • experience in working with students in Higher Education, • experience and research interests in the area of physical culture sciences, especially in the field of sport psychology, • documented diagnostic qualification to measure intelligence of children and adults, • having a specialization in the field of work and organizational psychology to enable analysis of the job market for graduates


• conducting psychological diagnosis using psychological tests, • research readiness to work towards PhD degree in psychology, • experience in organizing a scientific or popular-scientific conference, • knowledge of using the measurement tool of psychometric tests - Vienna Test System, • knowledge of using and analyzing results with the Biofeedback tool, • ability to use statistical software, • proficiency in the use of office software including spreadsheets, • experience in working as a psychologist practicing in the field of sports psychology, • optionally other confirming qualifications possessed
