In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws UE L 119/1 of 4 May 2016):

1. The Personal Data Controller is the UKSW, ul. Dewajtis 5, 01-815 Warsaw;

3. Your personal data shall be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process under art. 221 of the Labor Code, and in the case of providing a wider range of personal data - based on your consent under art. 6 paragraph 1 of GDPR;

4. Your personal data shall be accessible within the University to the extent strictly necessary only to persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller;

5. Your personal data shall not be disclosed outside the University with the exception of the subjects authorized in accordance with the rule of law.

6. Your data shall be stored for the period necessary for the recruitment procedure ( for a maximum of 12 months following the conclusion of the recruitment procedure).
