a. this position is dedicated to a person beginning the scientific career, who obtained master degree not earlier than 5 years before the year of employment in this project;
b. during the period of receiving remuneration for this position the employee will not receive any other remuneration in any form from the NCN resources;
c. during the period of drawing the salary, the employee will not draw other remuneration under
contract of employment with any employer;
d. the employee is expected to lead one of the work packages of the project;
e. the employee is expected to participate in field campaigns (~4 weeks during wintertime in Vilnius, Lithuania);
