The employee will be involved in research work related to the technology and electrical characterization of MIS / MIM structures, in particular reliability testing and analysis of the impact of defects in the structures of MOSFET and RRAM transistors. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in the electrical characterization of semiconductor devices, measurement data analysis, and programming. In addition, knowledge of the physics of semiconductor devices is required. The employee’s tasks will include planning and conducting research, preparing scientific publications, applying for research funding, and participating in scientific conferences.
Candidates are required to have:
1) completed higher education with a master’s degree or equivalent
2) a PhD degree obtained (preferably no longer than 7 years ago, preferably in engineering and technology, natural sciences or related);
3) scientific profile related to the specialization of the semiconductor technology confirmed by publications;
4) knowledge and experience in electrical characterization of semiconductor devices;
5) measurement data analysis and programming skills (C/C++, Python, MATLAB or others)
6) knowledge of MOSFET device physics;
7) experience in working in cleanroom laboratories and knowledge of semiconductor technologies will be an advantage
8) ability to present research results, good organization of work, communication skills,
9) good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for active participation in international scientific conferences, free work with English-language scientific literature and submission of applications for grants, including international cooperation.
