Offer Description
| The candidates should possess the Ph.D. degree in nutrition and food technology, food quality and safety and production hygiene, speak Polish and have experience in the teaching of technological subjects in the field of plant and animal raw materials, as well as publishing scientific works in the discipline of food and nutrition technology. The candidate should have the ability to use English to the extent enabling the use of English-language literature and conducting teaching classes, scientific achievements documented by publications in peer-reviewed industry journals, patent applications and patents, professional experience in the food industry, knowledge of issues related to HACCP, food quality and safety and production hygiene. |
