University of Warsaw with the consent of the Rector of the University of Warsaw announces a competition for the post of assistant professor; Department of Administrative Economic Law and Banking; research and teaching group; discipline – legal sciences; 1 full-time (fixed-term)

Skills/Qualifications
The candidate shall meet the following conditions:
- hold a PhD degree in public economic law, especially EU competition and energy law;
- demonstrate a proven academic output in the scope of public economic law, with
- particular consideration of competition and energy law;
- have excellent command of Polish and command of at least two foreign languages, including English, confirmed by certificates;
- have relevant experience in teaching of economic law at academic level, including teaching in English;
Optional requirements:
- relevant professional experience in applying EU energy and climate law;
- experience in preparing and implementing new studies.
Specific Requirements
Basic Responsibilities
In research:
carrying out research in the field of public economic law, with particular emphasis on the EU energy, climate, and competition law;
carrying out research regarding the functioning of the EU energy market.
Teaching:
teaching activity in English and Polish in the field of EU energy and climate law;
teaching activity in the field of public economic law, as well as energy and competition law;
Organizational:
carrying out administrative and organizational tasks related to the studies “LLM EU Energy and Climate law”;
carrying out administrative and organizational tasks related to research and teaching.
