Description of basic obligations

Research: conducting research in law and government of pre-partition Republic of Poland and Lithuania, leading and participating in grants and research projects in this field, obtaining financial support for research, publication of the results of research in acknowledged journals and monographs, development of scientific skills and abilities, cooperation in arranging bibliography of legal history

Teaching: teaching legal history subjects, development of teaching skills

Administration: organising conferences, seminars, workshops and international cooperation.
