Anticipated scope of duties:

• conducting classes with students in the field of Management and Economic logistics, particularly in the field of
• conducting lectures and exercises at various fields of study in terms of accounting and fundamentals of the economy;
• conducting diploma seminars and participating in student diploma procedures in the field of Management and Economic logistics;
• participating in organizational work for the teaching process and scientific activities;
• conducting scientific research in the field of discipline: economics and finance and management and quality science;
• publishing research results in high-score Polish and foreign scientific journals.

Requirements for candidates:

• meeting the requirements set out in 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science;
• doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance;
• advanced knowledge of the theory and practice of economics and finance;
• documented scientific and publishing achievements in the discipline of economics and finance as well as accounting;
• experience in teaching and scientific research at a military or civilian university, including didactic experience enabling to conduct classes in the field of “national security”, “logistics”, “economic logistics” and “management” as well as at postgraduate studies in: “economy”, “finance”, “basis of accounting” and related subjects as well “accounting in crisis management”, “financial analysis” and “financial control and auditing”;
• experience in managing and implementing scientific and research works in the discipline of economics and finance;
• readiness to participate in scientific and research work carried out in the national and international environment;
• experience in conducting diploma, BA and MA theses;
• good knowledge of at least one conference language to the extent that allows conducting classes with students;
• in the case of foreigners, speaking and writing Polish is required to enable classes to be conducted with students.

• CV, including information on scientific, didactic and organizational achievements;
• list of publications from the last 5 years, along with the current score defined by the Ministry of Education and Science;
• number of citations and Index Hirsh according to the Web of Science and Google Scholar databases,
• employment application to the MUT Rector;
• declaration of consent to the processing of personal data contained in the job application in accordance with 2018 Law on Personal Data Protection;
• declaration of having full legal capacity; exercising full public rights; the lack of a conviction under a final court judgment for an intentional offence or intentional tax offense; the lack of a disciplinary penalty referred to in Article 276 paragraph 1 points 7 and 8 of 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science;
• information clause for persons applying for a job at MUT;
• candidate’s questionnaire;
• a statement of the person taking up employment on the absence of contraindications to start working in MUT organizational unit or team of employees;
• documents confirming qualifications and previous professional career (photocopy).
